What We Offer:

💰 40%-55% Commission

💄 10% Retail Commission (featuring top brands like Mr. Smith, Cult & King, Moroccan Oil, Leaf & Flower, Zenagen) 🎓 In-Salon Education (twice a year) to keep your skills sharp and your creativity flowing 

🎨 Premium Color Lines including Kevin Murphy, Redken, & Schwarzkopf

🗓️ Flexible Schedule – we work with your availability!

 🤝 One-on-One Coaching for personalized growth

 📈 Business Mentorship with Goal Setting, Business Tracking, & access to a Financial Advisor to help you succeed
