 Your appointments are very important to us. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice for cancellations.

All guests will need to supply a credit card to have on file. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card:

Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges.

Notification given within 24 hours to 8 hours prior to your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount.

Notification given within 8 hours or less will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.

Failure to not show up for your appointment without any call, email or text will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.

It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and help me service my guests better by providing enough notice to avoid the cancellation fees.

At Connor James Salon, we are committed to providing high-quality services and products. Because of the time, skill, and professional products used during each appointment, we do not offer full refunds. In rare cases where a refund is deemed appropriate, it will be partial to account for the cost of products and time spent and dependent on the stylist who performed the service. We always encourage guests to reach out with any concerns within 7 days so we can make it right through adjustments or additional services whenever possible. Any adjustments will be preformed by the original stylist.
