Alyssa
My name is Alyssa and I am a recent graduate of The Salon Professional Academy Maplewood! During my time at school I really dove deep into color, especially blonding. I have found a true love and passion for doing highlights, balayages, foilayage and truly customizing the service for each and every client based on end goal. I have always been the friend helping with hair, makeup and nails for any special event - and I've loved every second of getting to make those close to me feel beautiful!
I'm definitely a chatter and love getting to know everyone that sits in my chair. I believe building a connection with your clients is one of the most important aspects of this industry, not only building a relationship but also gaining your clients trust as a stylist.
Fiona
Hello! I graduated from Model College of Hair Design in 2017 and I have proudly called the same station home since early 2018. While I have a special love for blending services, I enjoy all areas of color and the creativity each service brings. One of the most rewarding parts of my career is helping guests leave my chair feeling confident, refreshed and happy.
I believe that, just like any good relationship, communication is key. Taking the time to truly listen and understand what you want for your hair allows me to create a look that reflects your style and makes you feel your best.
Outside of the salon, I love spending summers on the lake with my family and playing volleyball recreationally. My husband I were married in 2018 and I am the proud stepmom to three amazing kids. Life at home is full of love (and plenty of energy!) with our two dogs always in the mix.

Grace brings a warm, welcoming energy to every guest who sits in her chair. She’s passionate about helping clients discover their best look through customized color, cuts, and styling. Whether you’re looking for a fresh new color, a bold and crazy transformation, or a subtle refresh, Grace has the creativity and skill to make it happen.
With a focus on both artistry and precision, Grace loves making hair an extension of her client’s personality and lifestyle. She believes every appointment should be more than just a service—it’s an experience of relaxation, confidence, and connection.
When she’s not behind the chair, Grace enjoys spending time with her family, creating memories and soaking up life’s simple joys.
Keyaire
Hello! My name is Keyaire and I've been graduated from Empire Beauty School since August of 2024! I worked for Just SalonSpa in Minneapolis right out of cosmetology school and now have found my home salon here at Connor James Salon Spa! My passions have always been towards color; effortless, dimensional, alternative or lived in. I just really enjoy the expanse and creativity that comes with creating looks with color! I also hold a love for shags, layered looks and creating face frames and/or bangs!
In my chair you can expect a listening ear and focus on consultation. I will really try to find y our vision with you and pride myself in both being both gentle and effective. I want anyone who sits in my chair to feel comfortable and supported because it's your time to be pampered!
When I'm not playing with hair I love spending time with my fiancé and family. I enjoy exploring and being outside, ideally around water. Though having duality, I also love being a home body and hanging out with my two cats! I also find myself crafting and trying to find other ways to fill my life with creativity!

Hi, I’m Pam. I’ve been in the industry for 25+ years. I specialize in color correction, balayage, dimensional blonding, root melting, foliage, razor cutting, pixie cuts,special event hair styling, men and women's cuts. I pay attention to detail and love building relationships with my clients while creating looks they love.
Outside of the salon, I enjoy spending time with my
granddaughters, friends, and family, and being outdoors.
Shea
Shea Dolney – Stylist since 1989
With over 34 years in the beauty industry, I’m passionate about creating effortlessly cool hair—think Mullets, Bobs, Face-Framing cuts, Frohawks, and precision men’s styles like fades, undercuts, and hard parts. My career began as a teen in Saint Paul, MN, leading me to Ritter Saint Paul Beauty College in 1989.
Alongside my salon work, I served 22 years in the Navy and Army, earning the nickname “Barracks Barber” for keeping soldiers and sailors sharp with fresh cuts and beard trims. After retiring as an Army Officer, I returned full-time to my first love—hair.
I draw inspiration from military clean-cut styles, my three sons, and a passion for tailoring every haircut to the individual’s face for the perfect first impression. My favorite product is Moroccan Oil, and dream clients include Ryan Reynolds and Charlie Hunnam.
Outside the salon, I enjoy reading, history, military studies, and time with my two Siberian Huskies. Whether behind the chair or swapping stories, I love connecting with people and creating styles that make them look and feel their best.
Sophia
With over 12 years in the industry, Sophia’s clients are the reason she loves what she does. Whether it’s a first-time guest or someone who’s been in her chair dozens of times, she never gets tired of seeing the smile when the chair turns around.
Her specialties include all things blonde, lived-in color, color corrections, and weekly styles. She thrives on creating transformations that make her clients feel confident and beautiful.

Hi, my name is Antonia. I've been an Advanced Esthetician for about 2 years. I love to make my clients feel like their most beautiful self. My favorite service is dermaplaning. If I could only do one service all day every day, I would be content doing that. When I'm not pouring my love into aesthetics you will probably find me spending time with my three little sisters or spending long nights at my dance studio. I'm super excited to meet new faces and talk all things skin!
Rebecca
Rebecca is excited to bring her deep passion for skin health and beauty to you. While she is a new professional esthetician, she has a strong, unique foundation having spent time working in dermatology. This background gives her an incredible knowledge base, ensuring she treats your skin with the utmost care and insight. She is especially passionate about custom facials and elevating your natural beauty with lashes. Rebecca has a specialty in tackling young adult acne, helping clients find clear, healthy skin and lasting confidence. When it comes to lashes, her focus is always on creating beautiful, effortless and natural enhancements.

Christina - Stylist + Founder
Connor James Salon has been a journey of discovery and heart. I set out to create a space that blends my passions—classic rock, beautiful hair, and the calming energy of plants. But more than that, I wanted to build something meaningful for others too—a space where beauty professionals could grow confident in their craft, build financial stability, and support each other along the way. Empowered women empower women, and I believe in lifting each other up.
My love for hair started early, but my path wasn’t linear. I enrolled in the Cosmetology Program at Century College during high school, but life took a detour and I spent several years working as a portfolio bookkeeper and supervisor. After a life-changing event in 2014, I realized how short life truly is—and I made the decision to follow what made me happiest. I earned my Cosmetology license from Regency Beauty School in 2015 and haven’t looked back since. I've trained with some of the top educators in the industry and have traveled across the U.S. to continue growing as a stylist.
When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll find me at home with my family—Brett, Leighton, and Lennon—lounging by the pool, catching a concert, riding motorcycles, reading thrillers, or trying to keep my plant collection thriving.
I take clients once a month at our North Branch location, but you’ll often find me working on projects around the salon and helping out at the front desk. I can’t wait to meet all of you!
